Operator of the website (hereinafter referred to as „website“) is a company Slowiss Slovakia s.r.o. with registered office at M. Razusa 59, 984 01 Lucenec, Company Registration Number: 50 047 612, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Banska Bystrica, Section: Sro, File number 28841/S (hereinafter referred to as „controller“), who is also the provider of services on the website.

The security of your personal data is extremely important to us, that is the reason why we have, during the creation, development and use of our information system and security policy for personal data protection, been guided by law no. 18/2018 Z.z. on the protection of personal data and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of personal data.

Recipient means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or another body, to which the personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not. Public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with Union or Member State law shall not be regarded as recipients; the processing of those data by those public authorities shall be in compliance with the applicable data protection rules according to the purposes of the processing.

Data processing means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Consent of the data subject means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her. The consent shall be evidenced, in particular, by a phonogram or pictorial record or by an audio-visual record or by an affidavit of the person providing the personal data to the information system or otherwise in a credible way. Written consent shall be evidenced by a document confirming the granting of consent. Evidence of consent includes, in particular, the indication of who gave the consent, to whom this consent was given, the purpose, the list or scope of personal data and the period of validity of the consent.

Filing system means any structured set of personal data which are accessible according to specific criteria, whether centralised, decentralised or dispersed on a functional or geographical basis.
